Heirloom variety originates from Shvelisiwith in the Republic of Georgia that produces large bulbs but smaller cloves, roughly 8-10. An amazing flavour starts off strong and complex but mellows. Cloves are hot when eaten raw and a great creamy texture when roasted. Stores between 6-8 months, even longer in ideal conditions.
